Where do I find Available Units?
We offer free range parking off-street at all of our properties. Parking lease agreements are 12 months long and the cost vary
What are lease terms?
All of our properties offer a yearly lease. All leases in the college perimeter start on June 1st. All leases are joint and severable if more than a single tenant occupies.
What Utilities are Tenants Responsible For?
Any units separately metered tenants will pay water, electricity and gas. Your lease will reflect any additional fees due by tenant and will disclose which utilities are included.
How is rent paid?
Rent is always due on the first of the month. Rent is paid via ACH. Checks or cash are not accepted.
